以西結書-Ezekiel 第 14 章

14:1	有幾個以色列長老到我這裏來，坐在我麵前。 Then some of the elders of Israel came to me and sat before me.
14:2	耶和華的話就臨到我，說， And the word of Jehovah came to me, saying,
14:3	人子阿，這些人已將他們的偶像接到心裏，把陷他們於罪孽的絆腳石放在自己麵前；我豈能絲毫被他們求問麼？ Son of man, these men have set their hearts on their idols and have put the stumbling block of their iniquity before their faces. Should I be inquired of at all by them?
14:4	所以你要告訴他們說，主耶和華如此說，以色列家的人中，凡將他的偶像接到心裏，把陷他於罪孽的絆腳石放在自己麵前，又去到申言者那裏的，我耶和華要就著這事，按他眾多的偶像回答他， Therefore speak to them and say to them, Thus says the Lord Jehovah, Each and every man of the house of Israel who sets his heart on his idols and sets the stumbling block of his iniquity before his face and goes to the prophet, I, Jehovah, will be found to be answering according to this, according to the multitude of his idols;
14:5	好在以色列家的心事上捉住他們，他們都因著偶像與我生疏。 That I may lay hold of the house of Israel in their heart, who have become estranged from Me because of all their idols.
14:6	所以你要對以色列家說，主耶和華如此說，回頭罷，回轉離開你們的偶像，轉臉離開你們一切可憎的事； Therefore say to the house of Israel, Thus says the Lord Jehovah, Repent, and turn away from your idols; and turn your faces away from all your abominations;
14:7	因為以色列家的人，或在以色列中寄居的外人，凡與我疏遠，將他的偶像接到心裏，把陷他於罪孽的絆腳石放在自己麵前，又去到申言者那裏，要向他求問我意思的，我耶和華必親自回答他； For each and every man of the house of Israel or of the sojourners who sojourn in Israel, who separates himself from Me and sets his heart on his idols and sets the stumbling block of his iniquity before his face and goes to the prophet to inquire of him concerning Me, I, Jehovah, will be found to be answering him by Myself;
14:8	我必向那人變臉，使他成為記號和比喻，並且我要將他從我民中剪除；你們就知道我是耶和華。 And I will set My face against that man, and I will make him a sign and a proverb, and I will cut him off from the midst of My people; and you will know that I am Jehovah.
14:9	申言者若被迷惑說一句話，是我耶和華任那申言者受迷惑，我也必伸手攻擊他，將他從我民以色列中除滅。 But if the prophet is enticed to speak a word, I, Jehovah, have enticed that prophet, and I will stretch out My hand against him and will destroy him from the midst of My people Israel.
14:10	他們必擔當自己的罪孽：申言者的罪孽怎樣，求問之人的罪孽也必怎樣， And they will bear their iniquity: As the iniquity of the prophet is, so the iniquity of him who inquires of him shall be,
14:11	好使以色列家不再走迷離開我，不再因自己一切的罪過玷汙自己，隻要作我的子民，我作他們的神，這是主耶和華說的。 That the house of Israel may no longer stray from Me and may no longer defile themselves with all their transgressions, but that they may be My people and I may be their God, declares the Lord Jehovah.
14:12	耶和華的話臨到我，說， Then the word of Jehovah came to me, saying,
14:13	人子阿，若有一地的人行事不忠實得罪我，我也伸手攻擊那地，斷絕那裏所倚靠的糧食，使饑荒臨到那地，將人與牲畜從其中剪除； Son of man, when a land sins against Me by acting unfaithfully, and I stretch out My hand over it and break its staff of bread and send a famine against it and cut off man and beast from it;
14:14	其中雖有挪亞、但以理、約伯這三人，他們隻能因他們的義救自己的性命，這是主耶和華說的。 Though these three men, Noah, Daniel, and Job, were in the midst of it, they would deliver only their own souls by their righteousness, declares the Lord Jehovah.
14:15	我若使惡獸經過那地，毀滅其中的居民，使地荒涼，以致因這些獸，人都不得經過； If I were to cause wild beasts to pass through the land so that they destroyed its inhabitants and it became so desolate that no one would pass through it because of the beasts,
14:16	雖有這三人在其中，主耶和華說，我指　我的生存起誓，他們連兒女都不能救，隻能自己得救，那地仍要荒涼。 Though these three men were in the midst of it, as I live, declares the Lord Jehovah, they could not deliver even their sons and daughters; they alone would be delivered, but the land would be desolate.
14:17	或者我使刀劍臨到那地，說，刀劍哪，要經過那地，我要將人與牲畜從其中剪除； Or if I were to bring a sword upon that land and were to say, Let a sword pass through the land, and I were to cut off man and beast from it;
14:18	雖有這三人在其中，主耶和華說，我指著我的生存起誓，他們連兒女都不能救，隻能自己得救。 Though these three men were in the midst of it, as I live, declares the Lord Jehovah, they could not deliver even their sons and daughters, but they alone would be delivered.
14:19	或者我使瘟疫臨到那地，藉流血的事把我的忿怒傾倒在其上，好將人與牲畜從其中剪除； Or if I were to send pestilence into that land and were to pour out My wrath upon it in blood so as to cut off man and beast from it,
14:20	雖有挪亞、但以理、約伯在其中，主耶和華說，我指著我的生存起誓，他們連兒女都不能救，隻能因他們的義救自己的性命。 Though Noah, Daniel, and Job were in the midst of it, as I live, declares the Lord Jehovah, they could not deliver even a son or daughter; they would deliver only their own souls by their righteousness.
14:21	主耶和華如此說，我使這四樣嚴厲的刑罰，就是刀劍、饑荒、惡獸、瘟疫臨到耶路撒冷，將人與牲畜從其中剪除，豈不更重麼？ For thus says the Lord Jehovah, How much more then when I send My four severe judgments upon Jerusalem, sword and famine and wild beasts and pestilence, to cut off man and beast from it!
14:22	然而其中必有餘剩的人，連兒帶女被帶出來。他們要出到你們這裏來，你們要看見他們的行徑和作為；因我降給耶路撒冷的一切災禍，你們便得了安慰。 Yet there will be a remnant left in it that will be brought forth, both sons and daughters. They will come forth to you, and you will see their ways and their doings; and you will be comforted for the ill that I have brought upon Jerusalem, for all that I have brought upon it.
14:23	你們看見他們的行徑和作為，就必得安慰；你們必知道我對耶路撒冷所行的一切，並非無故，這是主耶和華說的。 And they will comfort you when you see their ways and their doings; and you will know that it was not without cause that I have done all that I have done to it, declares the Lord Jehovah.
