約16

約翰福音-John 第 16 章

16:1	我已將這些事對你們說了，免得你們絆跌。 These things I have spoken to you so that you would not be stumbled.
16:2	人要把你們趕出會堂；並且時候將到，凡殺你們的，就以為是事奉神。 They will put you out of the synagogues; but an hour is coming for every one who kills you to think that he is offering service to God.
16:3	他們這樣行，是因未曾認識父，也未曾認識我。 And these things they will do because they have not known the Father nor Me.
16:4	我將這些事對你們說了，是要叫你們到了時候，可以想起我對你們說過了。我起初沒有將這些事告訴你們，因為我與你們同在。 But these things I have spoken to you that when their hour comes you may remember them, that I told you of them. Now these things I have not said to you from the beginning, because I was with you.
16:5	現今我往差我來的那裏去，你們中間並沒有人問我，你往那裏去？ But now I am going to Him who sent Me; and none of you asks Me, Where are You going?
16:6	隻因我將這些事對你們說了，你們就滿心憂愁。 But because I have spoken these things to you, sorrow has filled your heart.
16:7	然而我將真情告訴你們，我去是與你們有益的。因為我若不去，保惠師就不到你們這裏來；我若去，就差祂到你們這裏來。 But I tell you the truth, It is expedient for you that I go away; for if I do not go away, the Comforter will not come to you; but if I go, I will send Him to you.
16:8	祂來了，就要為罪，為義，為審判，使世人知罪自責。 And when He comes, He will convict the world concerning sin and concerning righteousness and concerning judgment:
16:9	為罪，是因他們不信入我； Concerning sin, because they do not believe into Me;
16:10	為義，是因我往父那裏去，你們就不再看見我； And concerning righteousness, because I am going to the Father and you no longer behold Me;
16:11	為審判，是因這世界的王受了審判。 And concerning judgment, because the ruler of this world has been judged.
16:12	我還有好些事要告訴你們，但你們現在擔當不了。 I have yet many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now.
16:13	隻等實際的靈來了，祂要引導你們進入一切的實際；因為祂不是從自己說的，乃是把祂所聽見的都說出來，並要把要來的事宣示與你們。 But when He, the Spirit of reality, comes, He will guide you into all the reality; for He will not speak from Himself, but what He hears He will speak; and He will declare to you the things that are coming.
16:14	祂要榮耀我，因為祂要從我有所領受而宣示與你們。 He will glorify Me, for He will receive of Mine and will declare it to you.
16:15	凡父所有的，都是我的，所以我說，祂從我有所領受而要宣示與你們。 All that the Father has is Mine; for this reason I have said that He receives of Mine and will declare it to you.
16:16	等不多時，你們就不再看見我；再等不多時，你們還要看見我。 A little while and you no longer behold Me, and again a little while and you will see Me.
16:17	有幾個門徒就彼此說，祂對我們說，等不多時，你們就不得看見我；再等不多時，你們還要看見我；又說，因我往父那裏去；這是什麼意思？ Some of His disciples then said to one another, What is this that He says to us, A little while and you do not behold Me, and again a little while and you will see Me; and, Because I am going to the Father?
16:18	於是他們說，祂說等不多時，到底是什麼意思？我們不知道祂說什麼。 Therefore they said, What is this that He says, A little while? We do not know what He is talking about.
16:19	耶穌看出他們想要問祂，就說，我說等不多時，你們就不得看見我；再等不多時，你們還要看見我；你們為這話彼此相問麼？ Jesus knew that they wanted to ask Him and He said to them, Are you inquiring among yourselves concerning this, that I said, A little while and you do not behold Me, and again a little while and you will see Me?
16:20	我實實在在的告訴你們，你們將要痛哭哀號，世人倒要喜樂；你們將要憂愁，然而你們的憂愁，要變為喜樂。 Truly, truly, I say to you that you will weep and lament, but the world will rejoice; you will be sorrowful, but your sorrow will be turned into joy.
16:21	婦人生產的時候會有憂愁，因為她的時候到了；既生了孩子，就不再記得那苦楚，因為歡喜世上生了一個人。 A woman, when she gives birth, has sorrow because her hour has come; but when she brings forth the little child, she no longer remembers the affliction because of the joy that a man has been born into the world.
16:22	你們現在也有憂愁，但我要再見你們，你們的心就喜樂了，並且你們的喜樂，沒有人能從你們奪去。 Therefore you also now have sorrow; but I will see you again and your heart will rejoice, and no one takes your joy away from you.
16:23	到那日，你們就不問我什麼了。我實實在在的告訴你們，你們在我的名裏，無論向父求什麼，祂必賜給你們。 And in that day you will ask Me nothing. Truly, truly, I say to you, Whatever you ask the Father in My name, He will give to you.
16:24	向來你們沒有在我的名裏求什麼，現在你們求，就必得著，叫你們的喜樂可以滿足。 Until now you have asked for nothing in My name; ask and you shall receive, that your joy may be made full.
16:25	這些事，我用比喻對你們說了；時候將到，我不再用比喻對你們說，乃要將父明明的告訴你們。 These things I have spoken to you in parables; an hour is coming when I will no longer speak to you in parables, but I will report to you plainly concerning the Father.
16:26	到那日，你們要在我的名裏求；我並不對你們說，我要為你們求父； In that day you will ask in My name, and I do not say to you that I will ask the Father concerning you,
16:27	父自己愛你們，因為你們已經愛我，又信我是從神出來的。 For the Father Himself loves you, because you have loved Me and have believed that I came forth from God.
16:28	我是出於父而前來的，並且進入世界；我又離開世界，往父那裏去。 I came forth out from the Father and have come into the world; again, I am leaving the world and am going to the Father.
16:29	門徒說，看哪，如今你是明說，不是用比喻說了。 His disciples said, Behold, now You are speaking plainly and not saying any parable.
16:30	現在我們曉得你凡事都知道，也不用人問你，所以我們信你是從神出來的。 Now we know that You know all things and have no need that anyone ask You; by this we believe that You came forth from God.
16:31	耶穌回答說，現在你們信麼？ Jesus answered them, Do you now believe?
16:32	看哪，時候將到，且是已經到了，你們要分散，各歸自己的地方去，留下我獨自一人；其實我不是獨自一人，因為有父與我同在。 Behold, an hour is coming, and has come, that you will be scattered each to his own place and will leave Me alone; yet I am not alone, because the Father is with Me.
16:33	我將這些事對你們說了，是要叫你們在我裏麵有平安。在世上你們有苦難，但你們可以放心，我已經勝了世界。 These things I have spoken to you that in Me you may have peace. In the world you have affliction, but take courage; I have overcome the world.
