使徒行傳-Acts 第 11 章

11:1	使徒和在猶太的眾弟兄，聽見外邦人也領受了神的話。 And the apostles and the brothers who were throughout Judea heard that the Gentiles also had received the word of God.
11:2	及至彼得上了耶路撒冷，那些奉割禮的人和他爭辯，說， And when Peter went up to Jerusalem, those of the circumcision disputed with him,
11:3	你進到未受割禮的人那裏，和他們一同吃飯了。 Saying, You went in to men who are uncircumcised and ate with them.
11:4	彼得就開始按著次序給他們解釋，說， And Peter began, and he explained to them in sequence, saying,
11:5	我在約帕城裏禱告的時候，魂遊象外，看見異象，有一器皿降下，好像一塊大布，係著四角，從天縋下，直來到我跟前。 I was in the city of Joppa praying, and I saw in a trance a vision, a certain vessel like a great sheet descending, being let down by four corners out of heaven; and it came unto me.
11:6	我定睛往裏麵察看，見有地上四足的牲畜、野獸、爬物並天空的飛鳥。 Looking intently into it, I examined it and saw the four-footed animals of the earth and the wild beasts and the reptiles and the birds of heaven.
11:7	我且聽見有聲音向我說，彼得，起來，宰了吃！ And I also heard a voice saying to me, Rise up, Peter; slay and eat!
11:8	我說，主啊，絕對不可，因為凡俗或不潔之物，從來沒有入過我的口。 But I said, By no means, Lord, for no common or unclean thing has ever entered into my mouth.
11:9	第二次有聲音從天上說，神所潔淨的，你不可當作俗物。 And a voice answered a second time out of heaven, The things that God has cleansed, do not make common.
11:10	這樣一連有三次，就都拉回天上去了。 And this occurred three times, and everything was drawn up again into heaven.
11:11	看哪，正當那時，有三個人站在我們所在的屋子前，是從該撒利亞差到我這裏來的。 And behold, at that moment three men stood at the house in which we were, having been sent from Caesarea to me.
11:12	那靈吩咐我和他們同去，不要疑惑。同著我去的，還有這六位弟兄，我們都進了那人的家。 And the Spirit told me to go with them, doubting nothing. And these six brothers went with me also; and we entered into the man's house.
11:13	那人就告訴我們，他如何看見一位天使，站在他屋裏，說，你打發人往約帕去，請那稱呼彼得的西門來， And he reported to us how he saw the angel standing in his house and saying, Send men to Joppa and send for Simon, who is surnamed Peter,
11:14	他有話要對你說，可以叫你和你的全家得救。 Who will speak words to you by which you shall be saved, you and all your house.
11:15	我一開講，聖靈便降在他們身上，正像當初降在我們身上一樣。 And as I began to speak, the Holy Spirit fell on them just as also on us in the beginning.
11:16	我就想起主所說的話，約翰是在水裏施浸，但你們要在聖靈裏受浸。 And I remembered the word of the Lord, how He said, John baptized with water, but you shall be baptized in the Holy Spirit.
11:17	神既然給他們同樣的恩賜，像給我們這些信靠主耶穌基督的人一樣，我是誰，那能攔阻神？ If therefore God has given to them the equal gift as also to us who have believed on the Lord Jesus Christ, who was I that I could have forbidden God?
11:18	眾人聽見這話，就靜默無聲，隻榮耀神說，這樣看來，神也把悔改以得生命賜給外邦人了。 And when they heard these things, they became silent and glorified God, saying, Then to the Gentiles also God has given repentance unto life.
11:19	那些因司提反的事遭患難四散的人，直走到腓尼基、居比路和安提阿，他們不向別人講道，隻向猶太人講。 Those then who were scattered by the tribulation which took place on account of Stephen passed through as far as Phoenicia and Cyprus and Antioch, speaking the word to no one except Jews only.
11:20	但其中有的是居比路和古利奈人，他們到了安提阿，也向希利尼人講論，傳主耶穌為福音。 But there were some of them, men of Cyprus and Cyrene, who came to Antioch and spoke also to the Greeks, announcing the Lord Jesus as the gospel.
11:21	主的手與他們同在，信而轉向主的人為數甚多。 And the hand of the Lord was with them, and a great number who believed turned to the Lord.
11:22	關於他們的傳言，到了在耶路撒冷的召會耳中，他們就差遣巴拿巴出去，走到安提阿為止。 And the account concerning them was heard in the ears of the church which was in Jerusalem, and they sent out Barnabas to pass through as far as Antioch,
11:23	他到了，看見神的恩典，就歡樂，勸勉眾人，要立定心誌，一直與主同在； Who, when he arrived and saw the grace of God, rejoiced and encouraged them all to remain with the Lord with purpose of heart;
11:24	這巴拿巴原是個好人，滿有聖靈和信心，於是許多人加添歸主。 For he was a good man and full of the Holy Spirit and of faith. And a considerable number was added to the Lord.
11:25	他又往大數去找掃羅， And he went forth to Tarsus to search for Saul;
11:26	找著了，就帶他到安提阿去。他們足有一年的時間，在召會裏聚集，教訓了許多人。門徒稱為基督徒，是從安提阿開始。 And when he found him, he brought him to Antioch. And it happened with them that for a whole year they were gathered in the church and taught a considerable number and that the disciples were first called Christians in Antioch.
11:27	當那些日子，有幾位申言者從耶路撒冷下到安提阿。 And in these days prophets came down from Jerusalem to Antioch.
11:28	其中有一位，名叫亞迦布，站起來，藉著那靈指明普天下將有大饑荒，這事到革老丟年間果然發生了。 And one of them named Agabus rose up and signified through the Spirit that there was about to be a great famine over the whole inhabited earth, which occurred during the time of Claudius.
11:29	於是他們按照門徒中間，無論是誰得昌盛的情況，各自定意贈送，去供給住在猶太的弟兄們。 And the disciples, according to how one was prospered, determined, each one of them, to send things for dispensing to the brothers dwelling in Judea,
11:30	他們就這樣行了，由巴拿巴和掃羅經手，送到眾長老那裏。 Which also they did, sending it to the elders through the hand of Barnabas and Saul.
