使徒行傳-Acts 第 14 章

14:1	二人在以哥念同進猶太人的會堂，在那裏講論，叫一大群猶太人和希利尼人都信了。 And in Iconium they entered together into the synagogue of the Jews and spoke in such a way that a great multitude of both Jews and Greeks believed.
14:2	但那些不信從的猶太人，聳動並毒化外邦人的心意，使他們反對弟兄們。 But the Jews who were disobedient stirred up and ill-affected the minds of the Gentiles against the brothers.
14:3	二人住了多日，靠著主放膽講論，主藉著他們的手，施行神跡奇事，見證祂恩典的話。 Therefore they spent a considerable amount of time speaking with boldness in the Lord, who testified to the word of His grace by granting signs and wonders to be done through their hands.
14:4	城裏的眾人就分裂了，有的附從猶太人，有的附從使徒。 But the multitude of the city was divided, and some were with the Jews and some with the apostles.
14:5	那時，外邦人和猶太人連同他們的官長，都在衝動，想要淩辱使徒，用石頭打他們。 And when a hostile attempt was made by both the Gentiles and Jews with their rulers to treat the apostles outrageously and to stone them,
14:6	使徒知道了，就逃往呂高尼的路司得和特庇二城，以及周圍的地方去， They became aware of it and fled to the cities of Lycaonia, Lystra and Derbe, and the surrounding region.
14:7	在那裏傳福音。 And there they announced the gospel.
14:8	路司得城裏，坐著一個兩腳無力的人，從母腹裏就是瘸腿的，從來沒有行走過。 And in Lystra a certain man was sitting, without strength in his feet, lame from his mother's womb, who had never walked.
14:9	他聽保羅講論；保羅定睛看他，見他有信心，可以得救， This man heard Paul speaking, who, looking intently at him and seeing that he had faith to be healed,
14:10	就大聲說，你起來，兩腳站直。那人就跳起來，而且行走。 Said with a loud voice, Stand upright on your feet. And he leaped up and began to walk.
14:11	群眾看見保羅所作的事，就用呂高尼的話高聲說，有神成了人形，降到我們這裏來了。 And when the crowds saw what Paul had done, they lifted up their voice, saying in Lycaonian, The gods have become like men and have come down to us.
14:12	於是稱巴拿巴為丟斯，稱保羅為希耳米，因為他是帶頭說話的。 And they called Barnabas, Zeus, and Paul, Hermes, since he was the one who took the lead in the discourse.
14:13	有城外丟斯廟的祭司，帶著牛和花圈，來到門口，想要和群眾一同獻祭。 And the priest of Zeus, whose temple was before the city, brought bulls and garlands to the gates and wanted to offer a sacrifice with the crowds.
14:14	巴拿巴、保羅二使徒聽見，就撕開衣服，衝進群眾中間，喊著說， But when the apostles, Barnabas and Paul, heard this, they tore their garments and rushed out into the crowd, crying out
14:15	諸位，為什麼作這事？我們也是人，性情和你們一樣，我們傳福音給你們，是叫你們離棄這些虛妄，轉向那創造天、地、海和其中萬物的活神。 And saying, Men, why are you doing these things? We also are men of like feeling as you, and announce the gospel to you that you should turn from these vain things to the living God, who made heaven and earth and the sea and all things in them;
14:16	祂在已過的世代，容讓萬國各行其道， Who in the generations gone by allowed all the nations to go their ways.
14:17	然而為自己未嚐不顯出證據來，就如常施恩惠，從天降雨，賞賜豐年，叫你們飲食飽足，滿心快樂。 And yet He did not leave Himself without witness, in that He did good by giving you rain from heaven and fruitful seasons, filling your hearts with food and gladness.
14:18	二人說了這些話，才勉強攔住群眾不向他們獻祭。 And saying these things, they restrained the crowds only with difficulty from offering sacrifices to them.
14:19	但有些猶太人從安提阿和以哥念來，挑唆群眾，就用石頭打保羅，以為他已經死了，便拖出城外。 But Jews from Antioch and Iconium came there; and having persuaded the crowds, they stoned Paul and dragged him outside the city, supposing that he was dead.
14:20	門徒正圍著他，他就起來，進城裏去。第二天，同巴拿巴往特庇去。 But as the disciples surrounded him, he rose up and entered into the city. And on the next day he went out with Barnabas to Derbe.
14:21	他們對那城傳了福音，使好些人作了門徒；就回路司得、以哥念、安提阿去， And when they had announced the gospel to that city and had made a considerable number of disciples, they returned to Lystra and to Iconium and to Antioch,
14:22	堅固門徒的魂，勸勉他們恒守信仰，又說，我們進入神的國，必須經曆許多患難。 Establishing the souls of the disciples, exhorting them to continue in the faith and saying that through many tribulations we must enter into the kingdom of God.
14:23	二人在各召會中為他們選立了長老，又禁食禱告，就把他們交托所信入的主。 And when they had appointed elders for them in every church and had prayed with fastings, they committed them to the Lord into whom they had believed.
14:24	二人經過彼西底，來到旁非利亞， And they passed through Pisidia and came to Pamphylia.
14:25	在別加講了道；就下亞大利。 And when they had spoken the word in Perga, they came down to Attalia.
14:26	從那裏坐船往安提阿去。當初他們被托與神的恩典，去作他們現在所已經完成之工的，就是在這地方。 And from there they sailed away to Antioch, where they had been commended to the grace of God for the work which they fulfilled.
14:27	他們到了，就聚集了召會，述說神同著他們所行的一切事，並神怎樣為外邦人開了信的門。 And when they arrived and gathered the church together, they declared the things that God had done with them and that He had opened a door of faith to the Gentiles.
14:28	二人就同門徒住了不少時候。 And they spent no little time there with the disciples.
