曆代記上-1 Chronicles 第 12 章

12:1大衛因基士兒子掃羅的緣故，躲在洗革拉的時候，以下這些人來到他那裏；他們都列在幫助他打仗的勇士之中。
Now these are those who came to David at Ziklag while he was still hidden away because of Saul the son of Kish, and they were among the mighty men who helped him in battle.
12:2他們善於拉弓，能用左右兩手甩石並拉弓射箭，都是便雅憫人掃羅的族弟兄。
They drew the bow, and with both right and left hands they could sling stones and shoot arrows with the bow; they were from among the brothers of Saul from Benjamin.
12:3為首的是亞希以謝，其次是約阿施，都是基比亞人示瑪的兒子；還有亞斯瑪威的兒子耶薛和毗力，又有比拉迦，並亞拿突人耶戶，
The chief was Ahiezer, then Joash, the sons of Shemaah the Gibeathite; and Jeziel and Pelet, the sons of Azmaveth; and Beracah and Jehu the Anathothite;
12:4基遍人以實買雅，(他在三十人中是勇士，管理他們，)且有耶利米，雅哈悉，約哈難，和基得拉人約撒拔，
And Ishmaiah the Gibeonite, a mighty man among the thirty and over the thirty; and Jeremiah and Jahaziel and Johanan and Jozabad the Gederathite
12:5伊利烏賽，耶利摩，比亞利雅，示瑪利雅，哈律弗人示法提雅，
Eluzai and Jerimoth and Bealiah and Shemariah and Shephatiah the Haruphite;
12:6可拉人以利加拿、耶西亞、亞薩列、約以謝、雅朔班，
Elkanah and Isshiah and Azarel and Joezer and Jashobeam, the Korahites;
12:7基多人耶羅罕的兒子猶拉和西巴第雅。
And Joelah and Zebadiah, the sons of Jeroham of Gedor.
12:8有些迦得人到曠野的山寨投奔大衛，都是大能的勇士，服役的戰士，能使用盾牌和槍；他們的麵貌好像獅子，快跑如同山上的羚羊。
And some of the Gadites separated themselves unto David at the stronghold in the wilderness, mighty men of valor, men fit for the service of war, who could wield shield and spear and whose faces were like the faces of lions; and they were as swift as gazelles upon the mountains:
12:9為首的是以薛，第二是俄巴底雅，第三是以利押，
Ezer the chief, Obadiah the second, Eliab the third,
12:10第四是彌施瑪拿，第五是耶利米，
Mishmannah the fourth, Jeremiah the fifth,
12:11第六是亞太，第七是以利業，
Attai the sixth, Eliel the seventh,
12:12第八是約哈難，第九是以利薩巴，
Johanan the eighth, Elzabad the ninth,
12:13第十是耶利米，第十一是末巴奈。
Jeremiah the tenth, Machbannai the eleventh.
12:14這些都是迦得人中的軍長，至小的能抵一百人，至大的能抵一千人。
These from among the sons of Gad were heads of the army; he who was least was equal to a hundred, and the greatest to a thousand.
12:15正月，約但河水漲過兩岸的時候，這些人過了河，使一切住在穀中的人東奔西逃。
These are the ones who crossed over the Jordan in the first month, when it overflowed all its banks; and they put to flight all those of the valleys, to the east and to the west.
12:16又有便雅憫人和猶大人到山寨大衛那裏。
And some of the children of Benjamin and Judah came to David at the stronghold.
12:17大衛出去迎接他們，回應他們說，你們若是和和平平的到我這裏來幫助我，我的心就與你們相契；你們若是將我這手中沒有過錯的人出賣給我的敵人，願我們列祖的神察看責罰。
And David went out to meet them; and he responded and said to them, If you have come to me in peace in order to help me, my heart will be knit to you; but if you have come to betray me to my adversaries, though there is no wrong in my hands, may the God of our fathers see and reprove.
12:18那時神的靈臨到那三十個勇士的首領亞瑪撒，他就說，大衛阿，我們是歸於你的；耶西的兒子阿，我們在你這邊。願你平平安安，願幫助你的也都平安；因為你的神幫助你。大衛就收留他們，立他們作帶隊的首領。
Then the Spirit came upon Amasai, the head of the thirty, and he said, We are yours, O David, And are with you, O son of Jesse. Peace, peace be with you, And peace with those who help you; For your God helps you. And David received them and made them heads of the troops.
12:19大衛從前與非利士人同去，要與掃羅爭戰，有些瑪拿西人來投奔大衛，他們卻沒有幫助非利士人；因為非利士人的首領商議，打發他回去，說，恐怕大衛拿我們的首級，歸降他的主人掃羅。
And some from Manasseh fell away to David when he came with the Philistines for battle against Saul. (But they did not help them, for the lords of the Philistines, upon deliberation, sent him away, saying, He will fall back to his master Saul at the cost of our heads.)
12:20大衛往洗革拉去的時候，有瑪拿西人的千夫長押拿、約撒拔、耶疊、米迦勒、約撒拔、以利戶、洗勒太來投奔他。
As he went to Ziklag, some fell away to him: Adnah and Jozabad and Jediael and Michael and Jozabad and Elihu and Zillethai, captains of thousands who were from Manasseh.
12:21這些人幫同大衛攻擊群匪；他們都是大能的勇士，都是軍長。
And they helped David against the band of raiders, for they were all mighty men of valor, and they were captains of the army.
12:22那時天天有人到大衛那裏幫助他，以致成了大軍，如神的軍一樣。
Indeed day by day they came to David to help him, until there was a great army, like the army of God.
12:23那些裝備好能打仗的人，來到希伯侖見大衛，要照著耶和華的話將掃羅的國轉給大衛，他們的數目如下：
And these are the numbers of the heads of those who were armed for war and came to David at Hebron to turn the kingdom of Saul unto him according to the word of Jehovah:
12:24猶大的子孫中，拿盾牌和槍，裝備好能打仗的，有六千八百人。
The children of Judah who carried shield and spear were six thousand eight hundred, armed for war;
12:25西緬的子孫中，能上陣大能的勇士，有七千一百人。
Of the children of Simeon, mighty men of valor for the war, seven thousand one hundred;
12:26利未的子孫中，有四千六百人。
Of the children of Levi, four thousand six hundred.
12:27耶何耶大是亞倫家的首領，跟從他的有三千七百人。
And Jehoiada was the leader of the house of Aaron; and with him were three thousand seven hundred;
12:28還有少年大能的勇士撒督，出於他宗族的有首領二十二人。
As well as Zadok, a young mighty man of valor; and from his father's house, twenty-two captains;
12:29便雅憫的子孫，掃羅的族弟兄中，也有三千人，他們向來大半向掃羅家守信忠誠。
And of the children of Benjamin, the brothers of Saul, three thousand; for until that time the greater part of them kept their allegiance to the house of Saul;
12:30以法蓮子孫中大能的勇士，在他們宗族裏著名的有二萬零八百人。
And of the children of Ephraim, twenty thousand eight hundred mighty men of valor, men of renown in their fathers' houses;
12:31瑪拿西半支派的人中，記名來立大衛作王的，有一萬八千人。
And of the half-tribe of Manasseh, eighteen thousand, who were designated by name to come and make David king.
12:32以薩迦的子孫中，通達時務，知道以色列人所當行的，有二百首領；他們的族弟兄都聽從他們的命令。
And of the children of Issachar, men who understood the times that they might know what Israel should do, the heads of them were two hundred; and all their brothers were at their command;
12:33西布倫的子孫中，能用各樣兵器出去打仗、擺陣的有五萬人，他們幫助大衛並無二心。
Of Zebulun, those who were able to go forth in war, who could set the battle in array with all the equipment of war, were fifty thousand, and they helped David without a double heart;
12:34拿弗他利的子孫中，有一千軍長，跟從他們、拿盾牌和槍的有三萬七千人。
And of Naphtali, one thousand captains, and with them, with shield and spear, thirty-seven thousand;
12:35但人中，能擺陣的有二萬八千六百人。
And of the Danites who could set the battle in array, twenty-eight thousand six hundred;
12:36亞設的子孫中，能出去打仗、擺陣的有四萬人。
And of Asher, those who were able to go forth in war, who could set the battle in array, forty thousand;
12:37約但河另一邊的流便人、迦得人、瑪拿西半支派的人中，拿著各樣兵器打仗的有十二萬人。
And on the other side of the Jordan, of the Reubenites and the Gadites and the half-tribe of Manasseh, with all the equipment of war for the battle, one hundred twenty thousand.
12:38以上都是能整齊擺陣的戰士，他們都全心來到希伯侖，要立大衛作全以色列的王；以色列其餘的人也都一心要立大衛作王。
All these, men of war who could order the battle array, came with a perfect heart to Hebron to make David king over all Israel; and all the rest of Israel as well were of one heart to make David king.
12:39他們在那裏三日，與大衛在一起，又吃又喝，因為他們的族弟兄給他們豫備了。
And they were there with David for three days, eating and drinking; for their brothers had provided for them.
12:40靠近他們的人，甚至從以薩迦、西布倫、拿弗他利來的，將許多食物，就是麵餅、無花果餅、葡萄幹、酒、油，用驢、駱駝、騾子、牛馱來，又帶了許多的牛和羊來，因為以色列中充滿歡樂。
Moreover those near them, as far as Issachar and Zebulun and Naphtali, brought bread on asses and on camels and on mules and on oxen-provisions of flour, cakes of figs, and clusters of raisins, and wine and oil, and oxen and sheep, in abundance; for there was joy in Israel.
