曆代記上-1 Chronicles 第 16 章

16:1眾人將神的約櫃抬進去，安放在大衛為約櫃所搭的帳棚裏，就在神麵前獻燔祭和平安祭。
And they brought the Ark of God and set it in the midst of the tent that David had pitched for it. And they offered up burnt offerings and peace offerings before God.
16:2大衛獻完了燔祭和平安祭，就在耶和華的名裏給百姓祝福，
And when David finished offering up the burnt offerings and the peace offerings, he blessed the people in the name of Jehovah.
16:3並且分給以色列人，無論男女，每人一個餅、一塊肉、一個葡萄餅。
And he apportioned to everyone of Israel, to both men and women, to each one, a cake of bread and a portion of meat and a cake of raisins.
16:4大衛派幾個利未人在耶和華的約櫃前事奉，頌揚、稱謝、讚美耶和華以色列的神：
And he appointed some of the Levites as ministers before the Ark of Jehovah and to commemorate and thank and praise Jehovah the God of Israel:
16:5為首的是亞薩，其次是撒迦利雅；雅薛、示米拉末、耶歇、瑪他提雅、以利押、比拿雅、俄別以東、耶利，鼓瑟彈琴；惟有亞薩敲鈸，大發響聲；
Asaph the chief; and second to him Zechariah; Jeiel and Shemiramoth and Jehiel and Mattithiah and Eliab and Benaiah and Obed-edom and Jeiel, with harps and with lyres; and Asaph sounding aloud with cymbals;
16:6祭司比拿雅和雅哈悉常在神的約櫃前吹號。
And Benaiah and Jahaziel the priests with trumpets continually before the Ark of the Covenant of God.
16:7那日那時，大衛初次讬付亞薩和他的弟兄以詩歌稱謝耶和華，說，
On that day, at that time, David first ordained the giving of thanks to Jehovah by the hand of Asaph and his brothers.
16:8你們要稱謝耶和華，呼求祂的名，在萬民中傳揚祂的作為。
Give thanks to Jehovah; call upon His name; Make known His deeds among the peoples.
16:9要向祂唱詩、歌頌，談論祂一切奇妙的作為。
Sing to Him; sing psalms to Him; Muse upon all His wondrous deeds.
16:10要因祂的聖名誇耀；尋求耶和華的人，心中應當喜樂。
Glory in His holy name; Let the heart of those who seek Jehovah rejoice.
16:11要尋求耶和華與祂的能力，時常尋求祂的麵。
Seek Jehovah and His strength; Seek His face continually.
16:12祂仆人以色列的後裔，祂所揀選雅各的子孫哪，你們要記念祂所行奇妙的作為，和祂的奇事，並祂口中的判語。
Remember His wondrous deeds, which He has done, His signs and the judgments of His mouth,
16:13
O seed of Israel His servant, O children of Jacob, His chosen ones.
16:14祂是耶和華我們的神，全地都有祂的判斷。
He is Jehovah our God; His judgments are in all the earth.
16:15你們要記念祂的約，直到永遠；記念祂所吩咐的話，直到千代，
Remember His covenant forever, The word that He commanded to a thousand generations,
16:16就是祂與亞伯拉罕所立的約，向以撒所起的誓。
The covenant that He made with Abraham, And His oath unto Isaac.
16:17祂又將這約向雅各確立為律例，向以色列確立為永遠的約，
And He confirmed it unto Jacob as a statute, Unto Israel as an eternal covenant,
16:18說，我必將迦南地賜給你，作你們產業的分。
Saying, To you I will give the land of Canaan, The portion of your inheritance;
16:19當時你們人數有限，非常稀少，並且在那地為寄居的；
When you were men few in number, Indeed very few and strangers in the land;
16:20他們從這邦遊到那邦，從這國行到那國。
And they went about from nation to nation, And from one kingdom to another people.
16:21耶和華不容什麼人欺壓他們，為他們的緣故責備君王，
He allowed no man to oppress them; Indeed He rebuked kings for their sake.
16:22說，不可觸犯我所膏的人，也不可加害我的申言者。
Saying, Do not touch My anointed ones, And do My prophets no harm.
16:23全地都要向耶和華歌唱，天天傳揚祂的救恩。
Sing to Jehovah all the earth; Proclaim His salvation from day to day.
16:24要在列邦中述說祂的榮耀，在萬民中述說祂的奇事。
Declare His glory among the nations, His wondrous deeds among all the peoples.
16:25因耶和華為大，當受極大的讚美；祂在萬神之上當受敬畏。
For Jehovah is great and much to be praised, And He is to be feared above all gods.
16:26眾民的神都屬虛無，惟獨耶和華造作諸天。
For all the gods of the peoples are idols, But Jehovah made the heavens.
16:27有尊榮和威嚴在祂麵前，有能力和喜樂在祂聖所。
Majesty and splendor are before Him; Strength and gladness are in His place.
16:28眾民中的各族阿，你們要將榮耀能力歸給耶和華，都歸給耶和華；
Ascribe to Jehovah, O families of the peoples, Ascribe to Jehovah, glory and strength;
16:29要將耶和華的名所當得的榮耀歸給祂，拿著供物到祂麵前來。當以聖別的妝飾敬拜耶和華；
Ascribe to Jehovah the glory of His name; Bring an offering, and come before Him. Worship Jehovah in holy splendor;
16:30全地要在祂麵前戰抖。祂使世界堅立，不致動搖。
Tremble before Him, all the earth. Indeed the world has been established; it will not be moved;
16:31願天喜樂，願地歡騰；願人在列邦中說，耶和華作王了！
Let the heavens rejoice and the earth be glad; And let them say among the nations, Jehovah reigns!
16:32願海和其中所充滿的澎湃；願田和其中所有的都歡樂；
Let the sea and its fullness roar; Let the field and all that is in it exult;
16:33那時，林中的樹木都要在耶和華麵前歡唱，因為祂來要審判這地。
Then the trees of the forest will sing for joy Before Jehovah, for He is coming To judge the earth.
16:34應當稱謝耶和華，因祂本為善，祂的慈愛永遠長存；
Give thanks to Jehovah, for He is good, For His lovingkindness is forever;
16:35要說，拯救我們的神阿，求你救我們，聚集我們，使我們脫離列邦，我們好稱謝你的聖名，以讚美你為誇耀。
And say, Save us, O God of our salvation; And gather us and deliver us out of the nations, That we may give thanks to Your holy name, That we may glory in Your praise.
16:36耶和華以色列的神，從亙古直到永遠，是當受頌讚的。眾百姓都說，阿們，並且讚美耶和華。
Blessed be Jehovah the God of Israel, From eternity to eternity. And all the people said, Amen, and praised Jehovah.
16:37大衛將亞薩和他的弟兄們留在那裏，就是耶和華的約櫃前，使他們按每日的職分，在約櫃前不斷事奉；
So there before the Ark of the Covenant of Jehovah he left Asaph and his brothers to minister before the Ark continually, as every day's work dictated;
16:38又留下俄別以東和他的族弟兄六十八人，與耶杜頓的兒子俄別以東，並何薩作守門的；
As well as Obed-edom and his sixty- eight relatives, with Obed-edom the son of Jeduthun and Hosah as gatekeepers;
16:39且留下祭司撒督和他弟兄眾祭司在基遍的邱壇，耶和華的帳幕前，
And Zadok the priest and his brothers the priests before the tabernacle of Jehovah in the high place which was at Gibeon,
16:40好在燔祭壇上，每日早晚，照著一切寫在耶和華律法書上，祂所吩咐以色列人的，常給耶和華獻燔祭。
To offer up burnt offerings to Jehovah upon the burnt offering altar continually every morning and every evening, according to all that was written in the law of Jehovah, which He commanded Israel.
16:41與他們一同被留下的有希幔、耶杜頓、和其餘被選名字錄在冊上的人，稱謝耶和華，因祂的慈愛永遠長存。
And with them were Heman and Jeduthun and the rest of those who had been chosen, who had been mentioned by name, to give thanks to Jehovah, for His lovingkindness endures forever.
16:42希幔、耶杜頓同著他們吹號、敲鈸，大發響聲，並用別的樂器隨著歌頌神；耶杜頓的子孫作守門的。
And with them were Heman and Jeduthun with trumpets and cymbals for those who were to sound aloud and with instruments for the songs of God, and the sons of Jeduthun were to be at the gate.
16:43於是眾百姓各歸各家；大衛也回去為家眷祝福。
And all the people, each one, departed to his house; and David returned to bless his house.
