| 39:1 | 那時，巴比倫王巴拉但的兒子米羅達巴拉但聽見希西家病而痊愈，就送書信和禮物給他。 At that time Merodach-baladan the son of Baladan, the king of Babylon, sent letters and a gift to Hezekiah because he had heard that he had been sick and had recovered. |
| 39:2 | 希西家喜歡見使者，就把他的寶庫，銀子、金子、香料、和貴重的膏油，以及他整個軍器庫，並他所珍藏的一切，都給他們看；他家中和他所管治的全境之內，希西家沒有一樣不給他們看的。 And Hezekiah was glad for them and showed them his treasury, the silver and the gold, and the spices and the fine oil, and his whole armory and everything which was found among his treasures; there was nothing in his house or in all his dominion that Hezekiah did not show them. |
| 39:3 | 於是申言者以賽亞來見希西家王，問他說，這些人說了什麼？他們從那裏來見你？希西家說，他們從遠方的巴比倫來見我。 Then Isaiah the prophet came to King Hezekiah and said to him, What did these men say? And from where have they come to you? And Hezekiah said, They have come to me from a distant land, from Babylon. |
| 39:4 | 以賽亞說，他們在你家裏看見了什麼？希西家說，凡我家中所有的，他們都看見了；我所珍藏的，沒有一樣不給他們看的。 And he said, What have they seen in your house? And Hezekiah said, They have seen everything that is in my house; there is nothing among my treasures that I have not shown them. |
| 39:5 | 以賽亞對希西家說，你要聽萬軍之耶和華的話： Then Isaiah said to Hezekiah, Hear the word of Jehovah of hosts: |
| 39:6 | 看哪，日子必到，凡你家裏所有的，並你列祖積蓄到今日的，都要被帶到巴比倫去，不留下一樣；這是耶和華說的。 The days are now coming when everything that is in your house and that your fathers have laid up as a treasure unto this day will be carried away to Babylon; nothing will be left, says Jehovah. |
| 39:7 | 並且從你而出，你所生的子孫中，必有被擄去在巴比倫王宮裏當太監的。 And they will take away some of your sons who will issue from you, whom you will beget, and they will become eunuchs in the palace of the king of Babylon. |
| 39:8 | 希西家對以賽亞說，你所說耶和華的話甚好。他又說，在我的年日中必有太平和穩固的景況。 And Hezekiah said to Isaiah, The word of Jehovah which you have spoken is good. He said moreover, Indeed there will be peace and truth in my days. |
