耶利米書-Jeremiah 第 43 章

43:1	耶利米向眾百姓說完了耶和華他們神的一切話，就是耶和華他們神差遣他去對他們所說的一切話， And when Jeremiah finished speaking to all the people all the words of Jehovah their God, with which Jehovah their God had sent him to them, all these words,
43:2	何沙雅的兒子亞撒利雅，和加利亞的兒子約哈難，並一切狂傲的人，對耶利米說，你說謊言；耶和華我們的神並沒有差遣你來說，你們不可進入埃及，在那裏寄居。 Azariah the son of Hoshaiah and Johanan the son of Kareah and all the proud men spoke to Jeremiah, saying, You are speaking falsehood; Jehovah our God has not sent you to say, You shall not go to Egypt to sojourn there.
43:3	這是尼利亞的兒子巴錄挑唆你害我們，要將我們交在迦勒底人的手中，使他們殺死我們，或將我們遷徙到巴比倫去。 But Baruch the son of Neriah is inciting you against us so as to give us into the hand of the Chaldeans that they may put us to death or take us into exile to Babylon.
43:4	於是加利亞的兒子約哈難和一切軍長，並眾百姓，不聽從耶和華的話住在猶大地。 So Johanan the son of Kareah and all the captains of the forces and all the people did not listen to the voice of Jehovah to remain in the land of Judah.
43:5	加利亞的兒子約哈難和一切軍長，卻將所餘剩的猶大人，就是從被趕到的各國回來，要在猶大地寄居的人， But Johanan the son of Kareah and all the captains of the forces took all the remnant of Judah, who had returned from all the nations where they had been driven in order to sojourn in the land of Judah,
43:6	男人、婦女、孩童、和眾公主，並護衛長尼布撒拉旦所留在沙番的孫子，亞希甘的兒子基大利那裏的眾人，與申言者耶利米，以及尼利亞的兒子巴錄，都帶走了； The men and the women and the little children and the king's daughters and every person whom Nebuzaradan the captain of the bodyguard had left with Gedaliah the son of Ahikam, the son of Shaphan, as well as Jeremiah the prophet and Baruch the son of Neriah;
43:7	他們進入埃及地，(因他們不聽從耶和華的話，)到了答比匿。 And they came to the land of Egypt (for they did not listen to the voice of Jehovah) and came as far as Tahpanhes.
43:8	在答比匿耶和華的話臨到耶利米，說， Then the word of Jehovah came to Jeremiah in Tahpanhes, saying,
43:9	你在猶大人眼前要用手拿幾塊大石頭，藏在砌磚的灰泥中，就是在答比匿法老的宮門那裏； Take large stones in your hand, and hide them in the mortar in the brickwork which is at the entrance of Pharaoh's house in Tahpanhes in the sight of the Jews.
43:10	對他們說，萬軍之耶和華以色列的神如此說，我必打發並領來我的仆人巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒；在所藏的這些石頭上，我要安置他的寶座；他必將華蓋支搭在其上。 And say to them, Thus says Jehovah of hosts, the God of Israel, I am going to send and take Nebuchadrezzar the king of Babylon, My servant, and I will set his throne above these stones which I have hidden; and he will spread his canopy over them.
43:11	他要來攻擊埃及地：定為死亡的必至死亡，定為擄掠的必被擄掠，定為刀殺的必交刀殺。 And he will come and strike the land of Egypt: those who are for death to death, and those who are for captivity to captivity, and those who are for the sword to the sword.
43:12	我要在埃及諸神的廟中使火著起；巴比倫王要將廟宇焚燒，把他們擄去；他要披上埃及地，好像牧人披上外衣，從那裏安然出去。 And I will kindle a fire in the houses of the gods of Egypt, and he will burn them and carry them away captive; and he will wrap himself with the land of Egypt, as a shepherd wraps himself with his garment; and he will go out from there in peace.
43:13	他必打碎埃及地伯示麥的柱像；用火焚燒埃及諸神的廟宇。 And he will smash the pillars of Beth- shemesh, which is in the land of Egypt, and he will burn the houses of the gods of Egypt with fire.
