以西結書-Ezekiel 第 29 章

29:1	第十年十月十二日，耶和華的話臨到我，說， In the tenth year, in the tenth month, on the twelfth day of the month, the word of Jehovah came to me, saying,
29:2	人子阿，你要麵向埃及王法老，說豫言攻擊他和埃及全地。 Son of man, set your face against Pharaoh, the king of Egypt, and prophesy against him and against all Egypt.
29:3	你要說，主耶和華如此說，埃及王法老阿，我與你這臥在自己尼羅河中的怪物為敵；你曾說，這尼羅河是我的，是我為自己造的。 Speak and say, Thus says the Lord Jehovah, Indeed I am against you, Pharaoh king of Egypt, The great monster that lies In the midst of his Nile streams, That said, My Nile belongs to me; I even made it for myself.
29:4	但我耶和華必用鉤子鉤住你的腮頰，又使你尼羅河中的魚貼住你的鱗甲；我必將你，並尼羅河中所有貼住你鱗甲的魚，從尼羅河中拉上來。 But I will put hooks in your jaws, And I will cause the fish of your Nile streams to cling to your scales; And I will bring you up out of the midst of your Nile streams, With all the fish of your Nile streams clinging to your scales.
29:5	我必將你，並尼羅河中所有的魚，都拋在曠野。你必倒在田間，不被收殮，不被掩埋。我已將你給地上的野獸和空中的飛鳥作食物。 And I will cast you out into the wilderness, You and all the fish of your Nile streams. You will fall on the open field; You will not be brought together or gathered. To the beasts of the earth And to the birds of the sky I have given you as food,
29:6	埃及一切的居民，因向以色列家成了蘆葦的杖，就知道我是耶和華。 That all the inhabitants of Egypt may know that I am Jehovah, Because they have been a reed staff to the house of Israel.
29:7	他們用手抓住你，你就折斷、撕傷了他們的肩；他們倚靠你，你就破裂、扭閃了他們的腰。 When they grasped you by your hand, You broke and tore all their shoulders; And when they leaned upon you, You shattered and made all their loins unsteady.
29:8	所以主耶和華如此說，我必使刀劍臨到你，從你中間將人與牲畜剪除。 Therefore thus says the Lord Jehovah, I am about to bring a sword upon you, and I will cut off from you man and beast.
29:9	埃及地必荒涼曠廢，他們就知道我是耶和華。因為法老曾說，尼羅河是我的，是我所造的， And the land of Egypt will be a desolation and a waste, and they will know that I am Jehovah. Because he has said, The Nile is mine, and I made it;
29:10	所以我必與你並你的尼羅河為敵，使埃及地，從密奪到色弗尼，直到古實邊界，全然荒涼曠廢。 Therefore, indeed, I am against you and your Nile streams, and I will make the land of Egypt an utter waste and desolation, from Migdol to Syene, even to the border with Ethiopia.
29:11	人的腳必不經過那裏，獸的蹄也不經過那裏；四十年之久必無人居住。 No human foot will pass through it, not even an animal foot will pass through it; it will not be inhabited forty years.
29:12	我必使埃及地荒涼，列在荒涼的國中，埃及的城必變為荒涼，列在荒廢的城之中，共四十年之久。我必將埃及人四散在列國，分散在列邦。 And I will make the land of Egypt a desolation in the midst of desolate countries, and her cities will be the most desolate among ruined cities for forty years. And I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations and disperse them among the countries.
29:13	因為主耶和華如此說，過了四十年，我必將埃及人從他們分散到的各民中招聚回來。 For thus says the Lord Jehovah, At the end of forty years I will gather the Egyptians from among the peoples where they have been scattered,
29:14	我必叫埃及被擄的人回來，使他們歸回巴忒羅地，就是他們根源之地；他們在那裏必成為低微的國， And I will turn the captivity of Egypt and bring them back to the land of Pathros, into the land of their origin. And there they will be a lowly kingdom.
29:15	必為列國中最低微的，必不再高抬自己於列國之上；我必使他們減少，以致不再轄製列國。 It will be the lowliest of the kingdoms. It will no longer lift itself up above the nations, and I will diminish them so that they will no longer rule the nations.
29:16	埃及必不再作以色列家所倚靠的；以色列家轉去跟隨埃及人的時候，便想起自己的罪孽。他們就知道我是主耶和華。 And it will no longer be the confidence of the house of Israel, but rather a reminder of iniquity when they turned toward them. Then they will know that I am the Lord Jehovah.
29:17	第二十七年正月初一日，耶和華的話臨到我，說， And in the twenty-seventh year, in the first month, on the first day of the month, the word of Jehovah came to me, saying,
29:18	人子阿，巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒驅使他的軍兵大大效勞，攻打推羅，以致頭都光禿，肩都磨破；然而他和他的軍兵為攻打推羅所花費的勞力，並沒有從那裏得什麼報酬。 Son of man, Nebuchadrezzar the king of Babylon forced his army into hard labor against Tyre. Every head was made bald and every shoulder rubbed raw. Yet neither he nor his army had wages from Tyre for the labor that he had expended against it.
29:19	所以主耶和華如此說，看哪，我必將埃及地賜給巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒；他必擄掠埃及的群眾，搶其中的財為擄物，奪其中的貨為掠物，這就可以作他軍兵的報酬。 Therefore thus says the Lord Jehovah, I am about to give the land of Egypt to Nebuchadrezzar the king of Babylon, and he will carry off her multitude and take her spoil and seize her plunder, and it will be the wages for his army.
29:20	我將埃及地賜給他，酬他所　的勞，因王與軍兵是為我工作的；這是主耶和華說的。 I have given him the land of Egypt as his recompense for which he labored, because they worked for Me, declares the Lord Jehovah.
29:21	當那日，我必使以色列家的角發生，又必使你以西結在他們中間得以開口；他們就知道我是耶和華。 In that day I will cause a horn to sprout for the house of Israel, and I will give you an open mouth in their midst. Then they will know that I am Jehovah.
