| 7:1 | 有法利賽人和幾個經學家，從耶路撒冷來到耶穌那裏聚集。 And the Pharisees and some of the scribes gathered together to Him when they had come from Jerusalem |
| 7:2 | 他們曾看見祂的門徒中，有人用俗手，就是沒有洗的手吃飯。 And had seen that some of His disciples ate bread with common hands, that is, unwashed. |
| 7:3 | （原來法利賽人和所有的猶太人，都拘守古人的傳統，若不仔細洗手，就不吃飯； (For the Pharisees and all the Jews, unless they carefully wash their hands, do not eat, holding the tradition of the elders; |
| 7:4 | 從市場上來，若不洗浴，也不吃飯；他們所沿襲拘守的，還有好些別的事，就如浸洗杯、罐、銅器等。） And when they come from the marketplace, unless they wash themselves, they do not eat. And there are many other things which they have received to hold, the dipping of cups and pitchers and copper vessels.) |
| 7:5 | 法利賽人和經學家就問祂說，你的門徒為什麼不照古人的傳統行事，用俗手吃飯？ And the Pharisees and the scribes questioned Him, Why do Your disciples not walk according to the tradition of the elders, but eat bread with common hands? |
| 7:6 | 耶穌對他們說，以賽亞指著你們假冒為善之人所申言的，是對的，如經上所記，“這百姓用嘴唇尊敬我，心卻遠離我； And He said to them, Well has Isaiah prophesied concerning you hypocrites, as it is written, "This people honors Me with their lips, but their heart stays far away from Me; |
| 7:7 | 他們敬拜我也是徒然，因為他們將人的吩咐當作教訓教導人。” But in vain do they worship Me, teaching as teachings the commandments of men.'' |
| 7:8 | 你們是離棄神的誡命，拘守人的傳統。 While leaving the commandment of God, you hold the tradition of men. |
| 7:9 | 祂又說，你們巧妙的廢棄神的誡命，為要遵守自己的傳統。 And He said to them, You nicely set aside the commandment of God that you may keep your tradition. |
| 7:10 | 摩西說，“當孝敬父母，”又說，“咒罵父母的，要被處死。” For Moses said, "Honor your father and your mother,'' and, "He who speaks evil of father or mother, let him be put to death.'' |
| 7:11 | 你們倒說，人若對父母說，我所當供養你的，已經作了各耳板，（就是禮物，） But you say: If a man says to his father or his mother, Whatever you would have been profited by me is now corban (that is, a gift to God), |
| 7:12 | 你們就不容許他再為父母作任何事。 Allow him to no longer do anything for his father or his mother. |
| 7:13 | 這就是你們藉著所傳授的傳統，使神的話失去效力和權柄。你們還作許多這類的事。 Thus you deprive the word of God of its authority by your tradition which you have handed down. And many things similar to these you do. |
| 7:14 | 耶穌又叫了群眾來，對他們說，你們眾人要聽我，也要領悟。 And He called the crowd to Him again and said to them, Hear Me, all of you, and understand. |
| 7:15 | 從人外麵進去的，沒有一樣能汙穢人，惟有從人裏麵出來的，乃能汙穢人。 There is nothing outside of a man which entering into him can defile him, but the things coming out of a man are the things which defile a man. |
| 7:16 | 凡有耳可聽的，就應當聽。 If anyone has ears to hear, let him hear. |
| 7:17 | 耶穌離開群眾，進了屋子，門徒就將這比喻問祂。 And when He entered into a house from the crowd, His disciples questioned Him concerning the parable. |
| 7:18 | 祂對他們說，連你們也是這樣不領悟麼？豈不知凡從外麵進入的，不能汙穢人？ And He said to them, Are you also in the same manner without understanding? Do you not understand that everything that enters from outside into a man is not able to defile him, |
| 7:19 | 因為不是進入他的心，乃是進入他的肚腹，又排到茅廁裏。祂這樣說，就把各樣的食物都潔淨了。 Because it does not enter into his heart, but into the stomach, and goes out into the drain? (In saying this, He made all foods clean.) |
| 7:20 | 祂又說，從人裏麵出來的，那才汙穢人。 And He said, That which goes out of the man, that defiles the man. |
| 7:21 | 因為從裏麵，就是從人心裏，發出惡念、淫亂、偷竊、凶殺、 For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil reasonings, fornications, thefts, murders, |
| 7:22 | 奸淫、貪婪、邪惡、詭詐、淫蕩、嫉妒、謗讟、狂傲、愚妄； Adulteries, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, licentiousness, envy, blasphemy, arrogance, foolishness. |
| 7:23 | 這一切的惡，都是從裏麵發出來，且能汙穢人。 All these wicked things proceed from within and defile the man. |
| 7:24 | 耶穌從那裏起身，往推羅、西頓的境內去。進了一家，不願意人知道，卻隱藏不住。 And He rose up from there and went away into the borders of Tyre and Sidon. And entering into a house, He wanted no one to know about it; yet He could not escape notice. |
| 7:25 | 有一個婦人，她的小女兒有汙靈附著，聽見耶穌的事，立即來俯伏在祂腳前。 But a woman whose little daughter had an unclean spirit heard about Him, and immediately she came and fell at His feet. |
| 7:26 | 這婦人是希利尼人，屬敘利腓尼基族。她求耶穌趕出那鬼，離開她的女兒。 Now the woman was a Greek, Syrophoenician by race. And she asked Him to cast the demon out of her daughter. |
| 7:27 | 耶穌對她說，讓兒女們先吃飽，因為不好拿兒女的餅丟給小狗。 And He said to her, First let the children be satisfied, for it is not good to take the children's bread and throw it to the little dogs. |
| 7:28 | 婦人回答祂說，主啊，是的，就是小狗在桌子底下，也吃孩子們的碎渣。 And she answered and said to Him, Yes, Lord, but even the little dogs under the table eat of the little children's crumbs. |
| 7:29 | 耶穌對她說，因這句話，你去吧，鬼已經離開你的女兒了。 And He said to her, Because of this word, go. The demon has gone out of your daughter. |
| 7:30 | 她就回家去，見小孩子躺在床榻上，鬼已經出去了。 And she went away to her house and found the little child lying on the couch and the demon gone out. |
| 7:31 | 耶穌又離開推羅的境界，經過西頓，來到低加波利境內的加利利海。 And again He came out of the borders of Tyre and came through Sidon to the Sea of Galilee in the midst of the borders of Decapolis. |
| 7:32 | 有人帶著一個耳聾舌結的人，來就耶穌，求祂按手在他身上。 And they brought to Him one who was deaf and who spoke with difficulty, and they entreated Him to lay His hand on him. |
| 7:33 | 耶穌暗暗的領他離開群眾，到一邊去，就用指頭探入他的耳朵，吐唾沫抹他的舌頭， And He took him aside from the crowd privately and put His fingers into his ears, and He spat and touched his tongue. |
| 7:34 | 望天歎息，對他說，以法大！就是，開了吧！ And looking up to heaven, He groaned and said to him, Ephphatha! that is, Be opened! |
| 7:35 | 他的耳朵立即開了，舌結也解了，說話也清楚了。 And immediately his ears were opened, and the bond on his tongue was released and he spoke clearly. |
| 7:36 | 耶穌囑咐他們，不要告訴人。但祂越發囑咐他們，他們越發大大的傳揚開了。 And He charged them not to tell anyone. But the more He charged them, so much the more they proclaimed it. |
| 7:37 | 眾人分外驚訝，說，祂所有的事都作得好；祂既叫聾的聽見，又叫啞的說話。 And they were utterly astounded, saying, He has done all things well; He makes both the deaf hear and the dumb speak. |
